Bespoke bike fitting
With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.
Brand:Tacx
Code:T2900
With remarkable success of Tacx' first direct drive smart trainer, the Neo, Tacx set about developing the Flux, which combines direct drive and an electric brake to provide an accessible direct drive experience. Direct drive smart trainers are considerably quieter when in use and are also more accurate than conventional tyre driven trainers. With direct drive power is transferred directly from your pedals to the Flux, allowing it to give a reading accuracy of <5%, with data suggesting that this improves to <3% after fifteen minutes or so riding as the trainer auto-calibrates, putting it far ahead of similarly priced competition. You can access your live ride metrics during sessions on the Flux via any compatible Bluetooth/Ant+ device, such as your Garmin (or equivalent), smartphone, tablet and your powerful PC or Mac. You can also enter the world of virtual reality and ride a course on your screen, with your Flux simulating riding conditions, either solo or competing in races against others through third party software such as Zwift or using Tacx' own Advanced software.
The Flux has enough power to provide realistic simulation of top speed sprints and climbs up to a 10% gradient, typical Alpine steepness, to allow a rider to really push their limits on a trainer. Equipped with the heaviest flywheel Tacx have ever used on a trainer, The Flux also offers the truest simulation of pedal strokes yet. To facilitate high power training sessions the Flux was designed with stability and support in mind. The Flux is designed to support the most rigorous riding, including being able to stand on the pedals without disturbing the stability of the trainer. It's also the first Tacx trainer where the front wheel does not require a support, making it easy to set up and convenient to use. With this stable base established you're free to let loose and have some care-free fun on the Flux. The Flux is an excellent bit of kit, bringing direct drive to the masses and its benefits of heightened power, greater accuracy and quieter functioning for a competitive price.
