With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Returns, goods to be in original condition, labels still attached, and orignal packaging still in good order. accepted within 7 working days.
Our returns policy is simple. If you have bought the wrong item and you feel the need to return items to us, then it must be returned in original un-used condition, within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to any item we hold in-stock and we will exchange the item or order the correct item for you.
Otherwise, if the item is faulty, then we will fulfil the manufacturers warranty and manage that warranty return on your behalf.
In all cases, a valid receipt will be needed. Thankfully our till keeps receipts for 1 year for all our registered customers, so if you’ve lost yours then as a registered customer we can print your receipts for you.
If you have any other reason for returning items, then talk to us and we will try our best and always aim to deal with things in a fair way.

Northwave's Raptor Arctic GTX Winter MTB shoes provide excellent insulation and protection from the elements, avoiding the need for using fiddly overshoes with your Summer shoes. The Raptor Arctic gets the GTX in its name from the outer Gore-Tex upper layer of the shoe, which provides complete protection from water, snow and any other forms of precipitation, whilst remaining breathable. The inner microfibre upper layer is designed to create the perfect micro-climate for your foot keeping it the right warmth (not too warm and sweaty) in temperatures from -10°C/+15°C. These two layers are thermowelded together meaning there is no stitching for enhanced comfort and sealing. The sole is made from reinforced Jaws carbon fibre for good stiffness when pedalling, so you can ride with top performance shoes in all weathers. The SLW2 closure dial provides comfortable micro-adjustable fit, distributing pressure evenly across the top of the foot, with the option to be fully loosened with just one click of a button on the dial. A Climaflex ankle collar made from highly elastic Gore-Tex membrane stops water from entering the shoe from above, whilst providing a comfortable flexible support. Finished in fluorescent yellow, with reflective logos and highlights, these shoes are highly visible in Wintry low-light conditions. The ultimate solution to keeping your feet comfortable in Winter conditions, Northwave's Raptor Arctic GTX will keep your feet warm and dry, whilst the reinforced Jaws carbon sole will still allow you to ride to your full potential.
